Bukit Barisan Mountains

The first time I decided to travel to Sumatra Island was to visit a friend in Medan, North Sumatra, an old friend i think. The plan is to take a flight from Surabaya, transit to Jakarta then continued to Medan. But I cancelled that plan, and decide to take a road trip. Yes, obviously somehow, I must travel from Surabaya to Jakarta first, and take a ferry ship from Merak (West Java) to Bakauheni (Lampung). And...that is a very long trip. Yes, I enjoyed and loved it! Not because the longer time it takes, but because of the view and the scenery that i can get throughout the travel.

2012 : Plan, Prepare, Perform, Execute, Evaluate, Evolve

As we continue our journey in 2012, there is one thing that we must consider for the first part of the year. As I have mentioned before, every year have its own motto. In 2008, I have "Watch, Learn, Improve". At 2009, "Be, Think, Inovate" and so on. So this year, the year of 2012, I have created a motto. PPPEEE, it is Plan Prepare, Perform, Execute, Evaluate, Evolve. It consist six word with its own meaning, and it is a part of a big picture.

The First English Blog Post

Happy New Year to everyone on Earth. Yes, i am writing in English language! Let celebrate it! Hurray! Um, ah, this is my first post with English language, and I hope this is not the last one, lol. Really, it took some time to write in English than to write something in my language, Indonesian, so forgive me if i have some misspelling or some grammar error..
Ok, the first thing i want to say is that now we are in the year of 2012, and i want something new, of course everyone do. And one of the new things i want is i want to write my blog in English, so that more people can understand what i am trying to say.

Tahun Baru akan Terasa Sepi tanpa Kembang Api

Selamat Tahun Baru ! !
Benda apa yang paling banyak diminta oleh anak kecil ketika menghadapi suatu perayaan tahun baru? Terompet? Kembang Api? Hadiah? Jawabannya memang bermacam macam, tapi satu hal, perayaan tahun baru tanpa kembang api terasa hampa. Kembang api seperti menjadi penanda meriahnya suatu perayaan, karena tidak hanya bisa dilihat atau dirasakan oleh satu atau beberapa pasang mata, tapi ribuan bahkan jutaan. Meluncurkan sebuah kembang api bagaikan melukis di angkasa.

Januari 2012

What is the importance of Januari 1st? Of course it is the first day on every year, and it is great to have a good start. On January 1st we can have a year resolution. What we have to do this year, what is our value for this whole year and what we want to achieve at the end of the year. I have chosen one motto for this revival year of 2012. "Plan, Prepare, Perform, Execute, Evaluate, Evolve" That is my motto for this year, what is yours?
