2012 : Plan, Prepare, Perform, Execute, Evaluate, Evolve

As we continue our journey in 2012, there is one thing that we must consider for the first part of the year. As I have mentioned before, every year have its own motto. In 2008, I have "Watch, Learn, Improve". At 2009, "Be, Think, Inovate" and so on. So this year, the year of 2012, I have created a motto. PPPEEE, it is Plan Prepare, Perform, Execute, Evaluate, Evolve. It consist six word with its own meaning, and it is a part of a big picture.

For this purpose, I have searched into Wikipedia and Dictionary to find the meaning of every word in it.
A plan is typically any diagram or list of steps with timing and resources, used to achieve an objective. It is commonly understood as a temporal set of intended actions, through which one expects to achieve a goal.

Prepare is an activity to make (something) ready for use or consideration.

Perform is described as to carry out; execute; do

Execute is to put completely into effect.

Evaluation is the comparison of actual impacts against strategic plans. It looks at original objectives, at what was accomplished and how it was accomplished
Evolution is any change across successive generations in the heritable characteristics of biological populations.

No every word has the same meaning, but it is a whole process of something to be a better one. First of all, of course we need to plan and prepare. It is the preliminary stage. Then there is perfome and execute. It is two words of similar meaning. Its the core of the process. And the last, there is evaluate and evolve. It symbolize the closing stage of a process, means that we must examine what we have done and considered it as a suggestion of changes that we must do in the future to be a better one. That is all. 2012. This is a revival year!
